Iridology is the study of the iris, your eye,s are unique to you. Your right eye shows what you have genetically inherited i.e strengths and weakness within tissue,organs and body chemistry.Your left iris shows how you have looked after yourself i.e poor diet, drug/alcohol abuse.

Once chosen these bottles of essences are then placed one by one on the grown area of the head whilst you are lying down.The practitioner writes down your reaction and sensations to the placement of the essences, once the problematic issue is no longer able to be recalled, then these essences on combined into a bottle for you to take until finished.

Your massage will start with a 'crystal bowl sound bath' the vibrational sound of the bowls, will balance the chakra's, clear and cleanse your auric field.
The massage is therapeutic & nurturing in nature using a soft tissue massaging technique,were area's that are tight and congested a firmer pressure can be used if you wish. Whilst massaging I will observe your skins health,colour & texture.The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and plays a major part in your body's health. The colour of your skin can indicate disharmony in an organ, such as the liver, or another organ. As I continue the massage I use my intuition to pick up your emotional health, and the health of all your body's functions.

I incorporate a short foot massage at the end of the body massage,as this aids in stimulating all your internal organs. Finally I finish of the massage with the "heart chakra F sharp bowl". By this time you will be in a beautiful peaceful relaxed space,refreshed and renewed.

Ear candling has been around for centuries the Hopi Indians are most know for this. The ear candle is made of cloth and wax, the idea is the hollow tube when lit softens the wax in the ear and the flame causes a gentle suction drawing out the wax. The treatment is done with the patient lying down on there side each ear takes about 20 minutes. Once the candle gets to a certain length it is gently removed the ear is wiped with a cotton bud and the whole ear is softly massage.The treatment is very relaxing, is not painful in any way.
